You know you've hit the big time when you are the chosen designer to design the Pantone book used by all.
This picture was taken from the Pentagram book "Then Compendium". Pentagram put this book together to show us an "example" of their fine work, as if we didn't know already.
This design was made by Matt Heck with the help of partner Woody Pirtle.

Slick covers. I especially like the beige and black one. Even though the objects are recognizable as opposed to abstract, it reminds me of a Miro painting with how everything is just floating in the air.
