Every now and then I stumble upon a really neat site that is intended to help both the novice and the professional graphic designer. Here is one that focuses on Photoshop tutorials and more.

The above image is from a tutorial which is actually quite easy to do. The author uses this image as the backdrop on his computer. It was done with rather easy steps, including one step which takes you to another site where he found "grungy paper textures from Bittbox".
